Reiki energy has truly changed my life. I use it everyday on myself, in my home, on my family and on my clients! Its a gentle energy that works on a cellular and soul level. Reiki goes to the source of imbalance which resides most often in the emotional body.
When we gather life force energy we begin to feel more at ease, no longer depleted in some way. When we are at ease our body is more able to rest and repair. This is our parasympathetic nervous system taking over. When we are living from a parasympathetic place our body heals. Reiki offers the healing energy to calm our minds, soothes our soul and reminds us of our magic. Hands on healing like this has been done for centuries!
In a Reiki session you will experience a deep sense of calm, your body will feel warm and nourished. The energy centers of body become aligned and the meridians are cleared and flushed with the Reiki energy. The treatment leaves you feeling like warm honey all over! Reiki is great for reducing pain, stress and exhaustion. It helps to increase the energy of the body, mind and spirit.

I also love teaching Reiki and giving Reiki Attunements! In my Reiki classes I love to include energy movement excerises, breath work, Chakra balancing techniques and sacred practices that honor the elements and seasons of nature.
REIKI I: In the first level of Reiki you will learn how to connect with the energy of Reiki, the history of Reiki, how to do a self healing and give a Reiki healing to family members or friends. You will also receive your Reiki I attunement, work book and certificate.
REIKI II: In the second Level of Reiki you will learn the sacred symbols that help to deepen your relationship with the Reiki energy. These symbols help to amplify the energy, bring emotional release and healing, send Reiki over distance and offer a key into the akashic records of the soul. In this level we will discover your unique Reiki Spirit Guide and how to work with them. You will also receive your Reiki II attunement, work book and certificate.
REIKI III: The Master Level! The Reiki Master will give you everything you need to pass attunements on to others, you will receive the final master symbols, learn special energy and breath techniques to increase your Reiki energy, how to teach and hold Reiki workshops, the Reiki master attunement, work book and certificate.
