Health Challenge #15: Be compassionate with yourself
To be Spiritfull literally means to be filled with spirit, life-force, prana or chi.
It’s all about tuning in and tuning up the mind, body and spirit to the healthiest frequency possible. So how do we actually do this? I think it begins with fostering a beautiful relationship with the self. We often don’t pay attention to the words we use when we talk about what we did or who we are. I find it empowering to be mindful of how I speak about myself. I used to say horrible things to myself about me. I’ve learned to stop that nonsense and choose to speak to myself with love and compassion.
Notice if you put yourself down often or if you don’t give yourself credit when credit is due. Begin to listen to the words you use when explaining yourself or your actions. It’s seriously powerful!! If you notice yourself not being compassionate make a conscious choice to choose words that are more compassionate!
For your health challenge today, talk positive to yourself and about yourself, be compassionate and when someone compliments you, say Thank you! You are unique, amazing and beautiful♥
