I’m here to shine a light on all that is Right, Beautiful and Bright with your body. I’m here to support you in finding your greatest health by gathering the tools you need to thrive in this life. I’ve always believed our food is our greatest medicine and at an early age began studying the healing powers of herbs, nutrition, yoga, dance, meditation and energy healing. I’m here to support and inspire you to live the life of your dreams in the healthiest, most vibrant way.
This site is an introduction to what I offer as a holistic health coach, yoga instructor, Reiki teacher and esthetician. I’m always working on something exciting wheather it’s a retreat, wellness program or new skin care/ self care technique. Learning is definitely a passion of mine and I never see my education coming to an end. One of my greatest passions is learning the sacred and potent practices of Ayurveda.
Through my exploration of Ayurveda and self care I’ve come realize that the spirit of nature and the elements are just as much a part of us and we are a part of them, they help fuel us on a deep level. Exploring self care practices that align us with the rhythms of nature are deeply healing for the soul. With the use of food, herbs, oils, mantras, asanas and breath we begin to heal the parts of ourselves where dis-ease and imbalance begin.
Ultimately we are all looking for ways to feel full but look toward the outside world for the answers. Spiritfull living is all about looking inward and cultivating health and inner harmony through daily practices of healthy eating, loving and listening. The Spiritfull Woman is becoming a movement to inspire women to make their own wellbeing a priority and daily practice.
The Spiritfull Woman 6 month Program is designed to share what I have learned about Ayurveda and inspire sacred self care. Through the practice of Sadhana (daily sacred practice), we explore several Ayurvedic self care techniques that calm the mind, soothe the soul and nourish your spirit! Together we integrate foods and recipes that balance your unique constitution and improve your digestion. We use movement as medicine and sacred breath practice to ignite your creativity and passion. Each session inspires and empowers you to live the happiest and healthiest life possible.
I also host The Spiritfull Woman weekends, a self care retreat that offers a weekend of yoga, cooking, meditation, massage and sound healing to reset, reconnect and realign the soul. I’m truly here to be of service in reminding you of what brings you joy, health and freedom in a fun and loving way. I also have so much fun spending this time with women laughing and deepening our connection to this life. It lights me up from deep within♥
