Health Challenge #8: Add a little Atlantic Grey Salt to your water
Atlantic grey salt is cooling, nourishing, magnesium rich and an amazing electrolyte for hydration!! Do you drink a ton of water and just find yourself having to pee all the time? A lot of the water we drink goes right through us. When we add mineral salts to our water we get the electrolytes we need to hold the hydration and not just eliminate it. Electrolytes are important for many bodily functions including support for the kidneys, muscles and nervous system. The truth is most of us are depleted in this area of our health. To increase your daily amount of electrolytes just add 1/2 teaspoon to your water each day. I’ve started doing this and it feels amazing!!!
