Health Challenge #14: Drink a fresh pressed veggie juice!!!!
If you are as lucky as I am you have a local juice shop that rocks your socks off! Fresh pressed veggie juice is packed full of some serious nutrients!! I try an incorporate at least 1 veggie juice a day if I can. It gives me energy, helps my digestion, uplifts my spirit and tastes so good!!!
Did you know that 95% of the vitamins and enzymes our body needs are found in the juice of raw fruits and vegetables??!! When you consume raw vegetable juice you absorb these nutrients more efficiently and give your digestive track a well earned rest. Just think of how many veggies are in one 12oz cup of juice?! A lot!!!
