Health Challenge #12: Turn off the PHONE and Turn up the MUSIC!
Today for 1 hour turn off your phone and dance around your house, do yoga, create, relax, enjoy!!! We all live such full lives and are always connected to our phones. For a little bit today unplug and feel the freedom dance in your heart. The truth is our phones are playing a huge role in our everyday health. It’s becoming an addiction and affecting more then just our brains. Being aware of where you hold your phone is also very important to think about. I see people all the time with their phones in their pockets or stuck in their bras! It’s freaks me out! I might be a little extreme but I think the increase of cancer is due to the high frequencies these little devices put off. Not to mention the obsession we have with checking our posts, looking at pictures or working… SO, try to put it down for an hour a day. And if that seems like too much just silence it and do something that brings you joy.
